Ordering of Items

Items from our product range can be ordered in various ways.
Our shopping cart is here to make the process of choosing and ordering your products a very simple task.
Orders can also be taken over the phone, by email or in person.
In all cases the order is not deemed to be complete until payment has been receipted.

Pricing

All product prices shown include GST.
Packaging and delivery charges are additional.
The prices shown are subject to change without notice.

Shipping

Style Magic products will be dispatched to the address given at the time of ordering within 2 to 3 days upon receipt of payment in full.

Kayaks and accessories may take 2 to 3 weeks depending on availability of stock at the time of purchase.
Delivery is free to our local area.

If you have a preferred carrier then it shall be up to you to organise once you have been advised that your order is ready for dispatch.

Orders that are to be picked up in person from our depot will of course not be subject to any packaging or delivery charges.

Payments

The preferred method of payment is via PayPal but we will accept cheques, funds transfers, cash, EFTPOS or Visa / Mastercard.
If paying by EFT or credit card then the goods will not be dispatched until the funds are cleared.
Likewise if paying by cheque no goods will be dispatched until the cheque has successfully cleared.

Back Orders

If at any time we don't have the product in stock or insufficient quantity to fill your order then the supply will be delayed until such times as the order can be completed in full.

If for any reason you require the order to be partially supplied then additional packaging and freight charges will apply.

If for any reason we are unable to supply your order within 30 days then the initial order will be cancelled.

Returns or Exchange

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the products supplied, the products are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied then please return the product to us within 30 days along with your original purchase documents and an explanation of the problem we will offer you a full refund less any product that has been used.

This refund shall be determined on an individual case and is at the suppliers discretion.

Disclaimer

All our products are manufactured to the highest possible standard and providing the instructions for use are followed.
If you require any instruction of the correct application or use of a product then please contact us. In most cases a brochure will be included with your order.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have chosen the correct product for the intended use.
The manufacturers claims are not necessarily claims echoed by us and if you find that the claims made by the manufacturer are in any way untrue or suspect then please let us know so that we can strive to provide a better product and service.
